Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Expedited shipping options available at checkout for a fee.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes on international orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sunburst Mercantile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details at SunburstMercantileAZ@gmail.com

Address & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
If you need to modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
